The current site does not require an account. If an adult subscribes to activity updates, the email address they provide is used to send the requested material and related Mr. Not-Fair updates. Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe link.

Optional website analytics

When analytics is configured, the site asks before loading Google Analytics. If you choose “Allow analytics,” it can collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device/browser type, referring page, campaign information, and interactions such as printable downloads or Amazon-button clicks.

Downloads and local interactions

The printable PDF, rule spinner, and games do not ask children to submit a name, age, school, diagnosis, drawing, or other personal information. Game progress remains in the browser unless a future version says otherwise.

Amazon and other external links

Buttons leading to Amazon open a third-party website governed by Amazon's own privacy practices. Campaign-specific Amazon Attribution links may be used to understand whether an external visit leads to a product-page view or purchase on Amazon.

Children's privacy

This site is designed to be used with a grown-up. It does not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us to request its deletion.

Data sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, deliver requested email, understand site use, or measure Amazon outcomes. Data should be retained only as long as needed for those purposes or legal obligations.
